Family & Community Pride
Owner, Jennifer DiPasquale gained her expertise through valuable mentoring by another well-established local garlic farmer, who has been successfully involved in the business for over 50 years. This hands-on guidance provided her with deep insights into garlic cultivation and organically sustainable farming techniques. The Three Sisters Garlic farm is certified by the Cornell Food Venture Program to produce highly beneficial fermented black garlic products. They are fully committed to using no chemicals at all and maintaining the farm in a way that stays as close to organic practices as possible.
Jennifer’s husband, Mike DiPasquale, is also an inspiration for all who meet him. Mike is a retired dispatcher for the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department. As a young man, he tragically lost his legs in a devastating auto accident. Despite this life-changing event, he remains deeply committed to volunteering his time and support for his wife, family, and people from all walks of life who have experienced traumatic events. His dedication to helping others overcome their challenges is both inspiring and unwavering.
Jennifer and Mike DiPasquale, have three daughters and a son whose names and nicknames are featured in their product identification. You will also find prepared products named after Mike’s mother, “Gramma D” who inspired many of the recipes for the freshly prepared foods. The name Three Sisters Garlic initially honors their three daughters, who help pick, plant, and produce the amazing garlic they get to share with all of us. who they call family. Truly…
